Learning in Action: Save King County 4-H

This blog will be dedicated to my personal reflections while trying to engage my local King County (Washington, USA) 4-H Clubs in a collective action to not only facilitate conversation amongst adults but also the children and youth of the county current budgetary cuts have and will continue to affect. My hopes are that discussion of concerns will lead to further actions such as the protest held in Seattle, WA late November 2009 and future fundraising goals and plans.

About Me

My photo
Alex
I am currently a Masters student at the University of Queensland, struggling to find my way around and myself. I'm working on a degree in Social Planning and through this blog hope to be able hash through some of my thoughts (and potentially share them with others) regarding a Community Planning/Engagement/Governance course I am taking in Sem. 1, 2010. I hope it only comes to greater things!
